- Add washer additive to windscreen washer bottle
- Perform a test drive
- Full comprehensive safety check
- Any other requirements as per your logbook
- Write a full detailed report on service provided & any findings
- Spent the time with you to go through the report, discuss any findings and answer all of your questions
